About: This three-day workshop, builds on the one-day workshop exploring more deeply the emotional and institutional impact of unfairness. Participants will learn how to deliver the one-day Identity and Difference workshop. Specific tools are taught, enabling participants to act as allies to others. This course will enable participants to become more effective in dealing with discriminatory behaviour and controversial issues. It provides you with the skills necessary to cascade the training in your group or organisation.
Suitable for: human resource staff; diversity officers; youth leaders; policy makers; managers & team leaders wanting to make a difference to their environment.
Prerequisites: attendance at the one-day Identity and Difference workshop could be helpful.
